Greencells Group, a service provider for large-scale solar plants and battery storage, has completed and handed over the 40 MWp Crays Hall Farm solar park in Essex to Aukera Energy. The plant has reached commercial operation and is expected to generate around 40 GWh of clean energy each year. The project was delivered as a turnkey operation, navigating significant environmental and logistical challenges at the site. Greencells will also manage the ongoing operation and maintenance of the facility.
The Crays Hall Farm park is the latest project in an ongoing partnership between Greencells and Aukera Energy. Their collaboration has already produced multiple projects across the UK, reinforcing Greencells' position in the renewable energy sector. Since entering the UK market in 2014, the company has installed over 767 MWp across 55 projects. Consistent demand from developers and investors for its large-scale solar and battery storage projects reflects the company's experience in the field.
